For Collection feature classes, OpenCities Map promotes all features in a fence or a selection set into a single feature collection. If the desired behavior is to promote each individual element into a separate feature instance:

1. Add the following Promote method parameter:

Name = newCollectionInstanceForEachElement Value = Feature_Collection/NewCollectionInstanceForEachElement

Name = newCollectionInstanceForEachElementIsProperty Value = True

2. In the Operation node, set the dilaogItem for newCollectionInstanceForEachElement to use the following criteria:

COMPARE ("[Feature_Collection/PromoteToNewFeature]","True","")

3. To set the toggle property for this option so that it's on by default, set the Initial Value to True.
